Acceptance of Term & Conditions

By using this site, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.. These terms may be modified, changed or supplemented from time to time.

This is a family-friendly website, and if we detect any none permitted info such as: illegal, offensive or obscene, we will act immediately and remove it.   We shall be entitled to cancel and delete  the memberschip of any registrant of the web site in our sole discretion.   There will be no refunds

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not subscribe to enter or arrange to terminate your registration with aupairhunter.com. Your continued use of AupairHunter will signify your acceptance of any change in the terms & Conditions set forth herein.

AupairHunter may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.  Each time you access or login, you will have accepted any such changes.

AupairHunter has the right to make changes in the current Terms &Conditions. AupairHunter is not obliged to inform its clients for such changes.  The fact that someone does not know the Terms &Conditions of our site 

Message Content

All content provided  (Registration, letters, photos, videos) by a user of this site is the sole responsibility of that user, not AupairHunter.

You are responsible for the information posted on AupairHunter web site and the consequences of such information.  AupairHunter reserves the right to terminate your service if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of the following guidelines.

You agree not to post or use AupairHunter to distribute or send any illegal material of any kind, including but not limited to, illegal material in the form of text, graphics, video, programs or audio.  Posting content or participating in any form of discussion with the intention to commit any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that AupairHunter permits access to content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights.

All your inserted data has to be correct, and can anytime be analysed by AupairHunter in order to verify the authenticity of the data.  In the case of  anomaly, AupairHunter can close your access and delete your data from the system without prior notice and no further justification of why this has been done.  Aupairhunter emphasises on the quality and the security of our clients. 

Content Control

AupairHunter does not control the content of the user's Profile as well as it is not obliged to do such a control no matter what is the purpose for that.  The full information of the user is its own responsibility and not of the AupairHunter.  Once you have downloaded your info AupairHunter has all rights and licences to use this information in future actions. 

Username & Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your Profile, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify AupairHunter of any unauthorized use of your subscription or password. 

Third party Information

Our aim is providing a high quality and as information-rich service as possible.  We provide links to third party web sites or contact details for other entities providing information, in order to assist users of our web site make informed decisions.   We provide links to governement sites giving information about visa requirements.  It is not over our control  and accept no responsibility for any such links or information resources, nor do we warrant that any links work or are up to date.  AupairHunter accepts no liability for any information gained from such links, or actions you take as a result.

Warranty

You expressly agree that use of AupairHunter is at your sole risk.  AupairHunter makes no warranty that you will meet your requirements.  Will be interrupted, timely, secure or error free.

We make no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any sites to which we may provide links, and you hereby waive any claim you might have against AupairHunter with respect to such sites. 

Fees

The Registration is free. By clicking on the "Submit” button you agree with the Terms & Conditions of AupairHunter, and with the private Data Protection Policy ”Privacy”.  After you get your free Registration, you can buy Membership in order to receive a full access to our data-base concerning the contact information for Families and AuPair/Nanny.  Optional you can purchase a ShowCase for a more proactive search approach.  A Guaranteeded SOS Bonus program is offered and can be purchased if necessary.  There is no other surcharge loaded by AupairHunter (neither as commissions nor as accommodation fees). 

Languages

We offer the Terms & Conditions in different languages as pure informative and AupairHunter takes no responsibility in the translation.  If there is any conflict between the translated Terms & Condition, then the Spanish version shall prevail and is the only valid one. 

Registration Information

Visa, PayPal and other third-party company´s do not provide AupairHunter with your credit card information

Termination 

AupairHunter reserves the right to terminate your Registration or Membership or ShowCase,  if AupairHunter understands that you have provided false, incorrect  information – data or is abusing of the system. 

Cancelation

You may cancel your account at any time.  Account cancellation is the sole responsibility of the account creator.  AupairHunter does NOT automatically charge your credit card for membership renewals.  If you wish to renew your membership, simply pay online prior to the expiration of your current membership. 

Refunds

Membership fees are not refundable. Once you have paid your fee to AupairHunter, a full access to the Family or AuPair/Nanny database is given to you.  If you give up before the end of your Membership period of time,  AupairHunter will not refund your money. The Membership sale is final.

Paid Memberships cannot be put on hold and “banked” for use at a later time.  If you deactivate your account, your membership will still expire based on the number of consecutive calendar days from the date your Membership took effect.  AupairHunter does not provide a pro-rated refund.  Membership sales are final.

There are no refunds on Membership. Once AupairHunter has received your membership payment you are granted access to the AupairHunter database. If you cancel before the termination of your Membership period, AupairHunter does not provide a pro-rata refund. If for any reason, you experience technical problems and are unable to sign in and access your Account, please contact us at support@aupairhunter.com so that we can help resolve the problem. 

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to its conflicts of law’s provisions. By registering for or entering AupairHunter, you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts designated in Málaga (Spain) and in any case by AupairHunter at the time.
