Refund Policy
Since membership services are delivered upon payment, there is no possibility of refund.
Once we have received your membership payment, you will have access to the matching Au Pair, or host family database, which is based on your personal selection.
You may cancel your paid membership any time, after having viewed any family or Au Pair profile or contact information, and before your membership expires. AupairHunter does not provide proportional refund.
If a paying member already accessed any Au Pair or family profile or received a message from a family or an Au Pair, our service is completed.
If you ordered and paid for a ShowCase, the refund can only be applied for before the ShowCase listing has been activated. (Online payments made by Credit Card/Pay pal are activated instantly).
If for some reason, you have a technical problem and are not able to sign in and access your account, and need further assistance, please contact us at support@aupairhunter.com so that we may help resolve the problem.
